EcoBoss Return & Refund Policy

At EcoBoss, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any standard stock item within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories.

EcoBoss will cover return shipping costs in the following situations:

  • Items damaged during transit

  • Defective or malfunctioning products

  • Products not as described or advertised

  • Incorrect item received

  • Extra items received by mistake

For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Return Inspection

Once your return is received, EcoBoss will carefully inspect the item within 3–7 business days before processing your refund or issuing store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been modified, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return, as such changes void the warranty. Non-eligible items will be sent back to you at your expense.


Return Process

To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow these steps:

  1. Describe the Issue: Provide details about the problem — what happened, when it occurred, and how it happened. Include your full order number and product SKU.

  2. Resolution Steps: Let us know what troubleshooting or actions you’ve already taken.

  3. Product Code: Confirm the product code found on the outer packaging.

  4. Visual Evidence: Submit clear photos or videos of the defect taken in good lighting.


Situations Where Full Refunds May Not Apply

  • Delays due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided by the buyer.

  • Delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, wars).

  • Loss or theft of uninsured shipments.

  • Delays due to factors beyond EcoBoss’s control, including public holidays or customs clearance.


Refunds

After your return has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
