1. Warranty Coverage

EcoBoss provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and material issues. Warranty periods vary by product category as follows:

  • Complete Solar Systems: 5-year limited warranty
  • Solar Panels: 10-year limited warranty
  • Inverters, Controllers, Chargers, and Other Electronics: 2-year limited warranty
  • Batteries: 3-year limited warranty

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance
  • Products that have been modified, disassembled, or altered without authorization
  • Damage resulting from force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, lightning strikes, floods)
  • Normal wear and tear or natural aging of components

3. Warranty Service

If a product issue occurs during the warranty period, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact the EcoBoss Customer Service Team and provide proof of purchase along with the product serial number.

EcoBoss’s responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or failure.
